Planet Three wants you to be happy, healthy, and satisfied with all our products. You may return your product within 30 business days upon arrival for a full refund. Just pay for shipping back to us, and fill out a quick questionnaire as to why you are unhappy with your product. We will do the rest!

Can I cancel my order?

Planet Three completes your order as soon as possible so that you can begin to achieve the benefits you’re looking for quickly. Once your order has been processed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Can I pause or change a subscription?

Our subscriptions are contracts between Planet Three and our subscribers. As such you are not able to pause or alter a subscription it in any way. If you would like to change a subscription the easiest way to do so is to cancel your current subscription, and start a new one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go, but if you must you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the website with your account and navigating to the My Subscriptions page. From there you will be able to view the details of your current subscriptions as well as cancel them.
